Yep, that's pretty much it.

Unfortunately, things did not turn out at all like we expected when this was started and it never really took off. There's been a little more traffic lately but still slow.

I'm glad you think it has potential, though. Means I did somethin' right along the way.

Here's some [constructive] criticism:
1) Find a way of promoting Nigrachan, but without spamming. Communities won't build themselves. Link exchanges are gay, but might work out.
2) Fix up the stylesheets. To be honest, the current ones look either horrible or broken, giving new visitors a bad first impression. The keywords here are "ease of use" and "easy to read".

That said, I like this site and I've stuck around here pretty much since it was announced to the public. But then again, I like nearly every imageboard which isn't just yet another standard install of Kusaba X.

I'm not sure what I'll do with the site in the long run. The original purpose as a transition from Pool's Closed wasn't really needed in the end. 47chan had a rocky start but is more or less what Nigrachan was intended to be and has an active community of nigras and various others.

I'll be honest: I have no plans to actively promote or develop Nigrachan at this point. 47chan is basically what this place was intended to be, making it sort of redundant. On top of that, I don't really have the time or motivation to push things forward just for the sake of existing.

If things grow on their own, that's great. If nothing really changes, then that's ok too. In any case I will be leaving it open indefinitely, much as Pool's Closed is.
